With bulk-billing available for consultations covered by Medicare, pension/healthcare cards, and Department of Veterans' Affair (DVA) health cards, we strive to make quality healthcare affordable for all. Please note that a surcharge applies for credit card payments, and certain services may not be fully bulk-billed. Our team will inform you of any out-of-pocket expenses when scheduling your appointment, ensuring transparency and peace of mind about your healthcare costs.

In line with the recent Medicare changes, we are pleased to announce that bulk billing will commence from Monday, 3 November 2025.
We will continue to bulk bill eligible patients, including:
- Pension or Health Care Card holders
- Children under 16 years of age
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) card holders
Please note:
- Not all consultations or services are bulk billed.
- Some appointments may attract an out-of-pocket fee, depending on the type and duration of the service.
- You will be advised of any payment at the time of booking.
- A surcharge applies for payments made by credit card.
