Important Health Update
At our clinics, your health and safety remain our utmost priority.
If you are experiencing flu-like or respiratory symptoms (for example: cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath):
- Please wear a face mask when coming into the clinic; or
- Call our reception team first to let them know your symptoms and arrange the most appropriate appointment.
Even if you have not been in recent contact with someone known to have COVID-19, we ask this extra care so we can keep the clinic safe for everyone — including you.

If you have respiratory or flu-like symptoms (such as fever, cough, sore throat, or runny nose):
- Please wear a face mask before entering the clinic.
- Alternatively, call our reception team to discuss your symptoms and receive further advice before coming in.
- Telehealth consultations may be available if you are unable to attend in person.
🧪 If You Test Positive for COVID-19
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you are
strongly encouraged to stay home until your acute symptoms have resolved (usually after 5–7 days).
Avoid visiting high-risk settings such as hospitals, aged-care, or disability facilities during this time.
🌿 General Health Advice
Everyone is encouraged to:
- Stay home if unwell
- Practice good hand hygiene
- Cover coughs and sneezes
- Consider wearing a mask indoors, especially when around vulnerable people
- Follow local health department updates for your state or territory

PAYMENT METHODS
At Orange Square Medical Centre we believe that good health should be accessible to everyone. We offer bulk-billing options to our patients with valid pension/healthcare cards, children under 16 years of Age or Department of Veterans' Affair (DVA) cards holder for some of our consultations. Surcharge applies when you choose to pay with a credit card. Some services are not fully Bulk billed. Please note Out of pocket payment may apply. You will be advised of the payment when booking an appointment.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
From 1 July 2024, our out of pocket fees will increase. please talk to our reception staff when you make a booking or when you check in. Also, we charge $30 FOR LATE CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW. This is payable before we book your next appointment.
We only bulk bill children under 16 years, pension/healthcare/Concession cardholder and DVA.
